THE FORGED EXPERIENCE
Helping athletes build stronger minds starts with understanding where they are and giving them the tools to grow with confidence.
1. Athlete Assessment
Every athlete begins with an initial conversation and assessment to understand their goals, current mindset, and areas for growth. This helps ensure training is personalized and focused on what will benefit the athlete most.
2. Mental Performance Training
Athletes develop practical mental skills through structured training sessions. Programs may be completed one-on-one, in a small group, or with their team, depending on the athlete’s needs and goals. Training options include a 6-week FORGED Foundation Program, FORGED Edge Sessions, or the FORGED Academy for Teams.
3. Confident Performance
Athletes apply these tools in practices and competition—building confidence, managing pressure, staying focused, and developing a healthier relationship with their sport.
